Who Is Cori quinn?
Professional plus size curvy model, actress, and author, Cori Quinn is a multitalented and multidimensional woman. Born in Washington Heights, New York, Quinn spent most of her childhood and early teens in New York, before relocating to Baltimore, Maryland, with her mother.
Despite her friendly personality and popularity, Quinn wrestled with a dark side that ultimately led her to having dealings with the judicial system. After being held without bond for a short period of time for felony charges, Quinn decided to change her lifestyle in 2003.
Quinn’s high record of academic achievement throughout her life helped her acquire a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 and Master of Science degree and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in 2009. In 2011, she achieved notable success as a plus size curvy model and today is a recognized and respected corporate executive.
Quinn is the granddaughter of Wali Muhammad, who trained boxing legend Muhammad Ali. “My grandfather was a wise, successful man,” says Quinn. “People gravitated to him, because he had a skill and integrity. I want to carry on his legacy with humility.”
Quinn’s story of determination to overcome challenges and achieve success and her faith are reflected in her debut novel, Calloway. She wants readers, especially young men and women, to know that a life with hardships, struggles and illegalities can result in redemption, legitimacy, productive citizenship, and success!
